Career center offers tips for proper etiquette

To help students learn proper etiquette for dining with potential employers,
the Career Center hosted an etiquette dinner yesterday.
The dinner consisted of a four-course meal, with many potential challenges
one might face in a professional dining situation, such as which way to pass the
bread (Hint: Always to the right) or how to put crackers in your soup (Hint: You

League of Legends, one of the fastest growing games the gorvernment recently recognized as an official professional sport, has made its way to campus.
League of Legends is an online combat game where two teams of players go head to head, using strategy and quick wit to defeat their opponents. According to leagueoflegends.com, each team is comprised of five members with an extra as a substitution.
The League of Legends group on campus, while not officially recognized by the Center for Student Involvement, currently is hosting a tournament, the Truman Championship Series, where members of the group have been drafted into nine teams that compete during weekends. […]

Truman staff member receives Army award after 33 years

Thirty-three years after his service in the Army, Roger Marsh, Director of Campus Mail Services, received the Army Commendation Medal Tuesday, Feb. 18 among his family and friends.

Marsh served in the Army from June 1978 to July 1981. For his good service, he was to receive the Army Commendation Medal, but after leaving the Army, he didn’t get the award. Marsh says he thought it would just come in the mail, but as years passed, he never received it. […]
