Thousand Hills State Park, Missouri 157<\/h4>\n

\nThe state park is 15 minutes outside of Kirksville and picnickers will feel immersed in nature thanks to the woody surroundings and lakefront view.<\/em>

\nThe park has a small playground area with a swing set. The playground receives shade from the wooded area surrounding it. However, there isn\u2019t a lot of open area for kids to run around.<\/em><\/p>\n
